Exercise 1: Scapula Downward Rotation

Supine Band Pull-Apart Series: Lying on your back length ways along a foam roller, hold a band with arms straight and palms facing towards your face. Squeeze you shoulder blades into the foam roller and pull your arms to your sides so that you are making the letter T. Once you have performed the prescribed reps, pair this with the other variant where you set up with your elbows tucked into your side bent at 90 degrees. Once again squeeze your shoulder blades into the foam roller and pull the band apart, keeping your elbows at 90 degrees.<br/><br/>Set + Reps: Band Pull Apart: 2 x 15-20 @ 2113
