
18 Feb Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
Some of you guys have been asking me about my blueberry smoothie recipe, so here it is.
Ingredients
1 Cup blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tbs black strap molasses
6-8 almonds
1 1/2 scoops protein powder (use golden pea protein if avoiding dairy)
1 water and meat of fresh young coconut or a large glass of water
Method
Blend and drink for best results drink within 20 minutes of training.
