Next group fitness course starts Mon 28th Sep

Sweat+Tears is a group fitness programme based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, in the Manly & Warringah area and the City, Sydney.
There are fitness boot camps, there are running squads, there is group exercise… but there is nothing quite like Sweat and Tears.

The new 12 week programme starts on:

Monday, 28 September for the Northern Beaches (3 days-a-week: monday, wednesday and friday)
Tuesday, 29 September in The City (2 days-a-week: tuesdays & thursday)
