01 May May – Max strength and Power Phase
It’s now May all our strength sessions are now into both max strength and power phases. For the next for weeks all our strength workouts will be based around rep ranges of 1-3, we shall also be doing 1 rep max testing on Bench Press, Back Squat, Deadlift and Military Press. For some we will also test Clean, Hang Power Clean, Snatch and Chin up.
